myoffice Values are based around KAIZEN , a traditional Japanese philosophy - “the art of making great and lasting change through small, steady increments”. The original kanji characters for this word translate to:  ('kai') meaning 'change for the better' or 'improve'.  ('zen') meaning 'good' or 'benefit'  1. Continual Growth Without continual improvement words such as progress, achievement and success have no meaning. 2. Teamwork Coming together is the beginning, Keeping together is progress, Working together is success. 3. Personal Discipline The discipline you learn and character you build from setting and achieving a goal can be more valuable than the achievement of the goal itself. 4. Standardisation & Systemisation We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. 5. Timely Communication  The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said.
