Will I need to learn how to use myeasyIT?
Using myeasyIT is easy! The only difference you will notice from the system you use now is that you will have an extra log on screen that enables you to access our server and your data. Once you are logged on, all your files, programs and system layout will be the same as they were before.

How do I know it is safe?
Rest assured that your files will be highly secure in our servers. Due to our large system size, we have top of the line security in place. We also perform regular backups of your data onsite and have an additional layer of security whereby we again backup all data to an offsite location.

What if I need additional support?
myeasyIT provides ongoing support for users and has a helpdesk available for any technical queries. In fact, we are so confident in our systems we put our money where our mouth is and offer you an availability guarantee which depending on your package, guarantees that your IT system is available and usable during the hours that you choose or we will start paying you!

I am concerned about losing control.
This is a common fear! But rest assured that this is an area that we are very mindful of and manage closely. Whilst your files are based in our servers, they are available to you at any time. We are only hosting your files - they still belong to you. We have also set up our systems so that you have the flexibility to take your files and information back in-house at any time, if so required.
