This is a common fear! But rest assured this is an area that we are very mindful of and manage closely. Whilst we manage all your records from our office base these are available to you at any time. We also set up our systems so you have the flexibility to take them back in-house later if so required. But more importantly we provide you with useful Financial Information and Reports for you to get a clear picture of performance and to assist in future decision making. We have invested heavily in IT systems that provide the security and safety that is used by multi-national companies around the world. All information is held in secure areas (only designated users can gain access) to our system, files are password protected and all information is backed up and taken off site every night. Very few small businesses have this level of security, some have none! ^ back to top Will your services work for me? Our services work for a wide range of individuals across industries from one staff member to 20. In general our service can assist most small businesses but those who are likely to obtain the most value from our services have some or all of the following characteristics: 2- 10 staff No need for a physical office base  Work in a Service based Industry  The admin & bookwork currently requires more than 4 hours a week  Turnover of more than $200,000 per year  Have growth aspirations ^ back to top But our business is different… If only I had a dollar for every business owner who told me this. Business that want the cheapest price. Our Basic Packages start at $500 per month but we pride ourselves in giving our clients personalised and tailored services. Our clients see our fee as an Investment not a Cost  A company with no direction – we are not managers but by effectively managing your Office Services we will support you in achieving your goals  Businesses with no Growth aspirations – we pride ourselves on delivering services that assist companies to grow.  Poor communicators – to work effectively we rely on timely & effective 2 way communications with our clients ^ back to top How do I transition my work to you? We have a very structured approach to efficiently take over your work. This obviously does require some commitment from you over the first month as we gather all the relevant information but we guide you in this process with tailored forms and templates to ensure we get all the information we need in the format we need with the least amount of work for you. Generally we will be in a position with 2 – 4 weeks to take full control of your work. ^ back to top What are the Payment Terms? Our aim is to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. In order to achieve this we aim to have Monthly Fixed Price agreements with all our clients. These agreements cover the exact services you engage us to deliver and you pay the fixed price we agree avoiding any shocks for you. Monthly payments are made via AP on the last working day of the month mirroring the timing of wage payments you would otherwise incur. When you first engage myoffice there is also a one-off fee payable before we start work to cover all the set up work, licenses, administration and improvements we instigate. This is typically the cost of of one months fee depending on the complexity of the situation. ^ back to top
